Rent this magnificent home and enjoy the majestic views of the San Juan mountain range and overlooking the San Juan river. Not many homes have what this home has. Views, comfort, close to fishing, hunting 15-20 minutes to Wolf Creek for some of the nations best snow!
This home is on 2 levels. The main entry level has the living room, kitchen, dining area, small office area, laundry, master suite and 1 other bedroom, with access to a large deck overlooking the river and shows off some great mountain views. The living room has very cozy furniture to enjoy the family gathering, watching TV or enjoying the fireplace with a good book. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and is large enough for a couple cooks in the kitchen! The dining area is open to kitchen and the living room and is plenty large for the size group of this home. There is a perfect desk in the corner, with the best views, for those needing to work while they are playing. The master suite has a king bed, access to the deck with views, and large full bathroom. There is also another bedroom on this level with a full bed and private bath.
Down the stairs are 2 more bedrooms and 1 full shared bathroom. One room is a queen bedroom and the other has 2 twin beds. Both have separate heating units and stay very cool in the summer. Both have access to the lower deck.
There is also a pull out sofa.
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
This home does NOT allow pets. If any pets are brought to this property, there will be a non-negotiable $500 charge.
