Spend your Florida vacation in a beautiful, newly renovated home in Sarasota close to the beaches and downtown! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house has everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Located in the Gulf Gate area of Sarasota, it is close to shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach less than 2.5 miles away. The Gulf Gate community has a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping that are all just a mile away.
The house can comfortably sleep 8, with a king bed in both the master bedroom and guest bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the second bathroom is located next to the guest room. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can easily be pushed together, if need be. This room also features a desk and chair, in case a home office is desired.
There is a bonus sleeping space in the den area with two futon style beds that can also function as couches/sitting spots. Fun fact: the larger futon can pull out and adjust into a king sized bed! These great sleeping options allow for comfortable sleeping spaces for any combination of kids and adults.
The sleek kitchen is set up perfectly with all you need to cook a meal, enjoy your morning coffee, and spend time with the family. It flows into the dining area, which has a direct view of the enclosed pool. Beach/pool towels are proved for our guests. * please note that the pool is not heated *
A newly landscaped outdoor sitting area is located just outside the pool enclosure in the back, and is a great spot for gathering with friends and family!
The house is equipped with lots of extras to make your stay even more comfortable. The kitchen contains an espresso maker, along with a regular percolator coffee maker. It also offers a slow cooker, an InstantPot, a toaster, and a blender.
For families with little ones, we provide a pack and play and a high chair.
Your beach days will be even more fun with the two beach chairs and 4 boogie boards that come along with the house!
