Our home has 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 full bathrooms making it perfect for 6 guests.
Bedrooms:
First Bedroom: A luxury king-sized bed, full exclusive bathroom, cloth closet, smart TV .
Second Bedroom: A luxury king-sized bed, full exclusive bathroom, cloth closet, smart TV. This bedroom also has a private workspace for anyone that needs to get some work done while vacationing.
Note: There is an owners closet in this room, please do not attempt to open, it is not for guests use.
Third bedroom: This is a loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed. This is the perfect place for the older kids to have a cozy, separate and fun place to hang out! Note, we don't encourage anyone less than 8 years to use the Loft. Use caution when using the loft ladders!!
Bathrooms:
Our home comes with two full tub/shower combo bathrooms, with toilet, sink, and large mirror. We provide toiletries like towels, wash clothes, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.
There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Kitchen:
We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Our Kitchen has most basic amenities such as rice cooker, air fryer, gridle, Coffee maker, waffle maker, bread toaster, microwave oven, coffee bar, pots and pans, storage bowls, plastic plates & cups, dishes, cups, cooking essentials like spices, oils, salt, pepper and a dish washer.
Livingroom:
The living room has smart TV with leather sofa chairs, an electric fireplace, board games and lots of space to enjoy. The living rooms opens to a large patio where you can also enjoy the outdoor view.
Outdoor Shower:
There is an outdoor shower for your convenience. Please kindly rinse off your body after returning from the beach, to avoid bringing beach sand into the home.
We also provide you with some beach chairs and children's toys for your convenience. Ensure to rinse them off after every use, and store back in the red & black storage box in the outdoor shower.
Outside Grill space:
Our home has a large outdoor space, with two seating areas for guests to enjoy and have fun. We have two grills, a propane gas grill and a charcoal grill. For your convenience the propane grill already has the propane gas hooked up to it, but we do not supply the charcoal. There is enough parking space.
Additionally, the community pavilion has a community seating area, with a firepit, plenty of space and an observation deck where you can enjoy the serene view of the peninsula. The Villas at Rollover Bay is a fun place to be, just few steps to the beach, and shops around. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and have a great outdoor experience.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, except two locked owners closet - one in the kitchen, and the other in the bedroom.
