A cozy, well-equipped living space designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The main living area features a combination of efficient heating with a wood stove and radiant floors to keep you warm as you lay back and relax on the oversized couch. It also includes modern entertainment with a smart TV and streaming capabilities, making it a perfect retreat.
The home features a modern kitchen with an attached glass-filled sunroom where you can sit down and enjoy breakfast. A staircase leads to the primary suite, featuring a queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is also located upstairs and features a queen-size bed. The third bedroom and bathroom are located on the main floor, featuring a queen-size bed and a full bathroom.
After a day exploring the Mendocino Coast, unwind and relax, enjoy the Japanese gardens, or have dinner outdoors using the propane BBQ. The garage is available to guests and fits one vehicle.
