HUGE HOUSE for family gatherings! Fire pit, Jacuzzi, BBQ. Game Room has karaoke machine, Pacman, NBA Jam/Hangtime and foosball table. All rooms except the “Super Hero” room have a king size bed & TV. 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath for a total of 4 bathrooms.
Big backyard with playground & private JACUZZI.
Only 5 minutes away from UVU. 15 mins to BYU. 25 mins to Sundance. 3 car garage & big driveway. Guests have access to the whole property except the basement. It has a separate entrance. Tenants in basement only have access to the basement. Walking distance to Utah lake with lots of trails, splashpad & huge parks. About a mile away from Trax. This property is great for large gatherings.

Summary: We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and fit our extended family perfectly. The rooms are all good sized and the kids loved the queen bunk bed room. The game room was a fun spot to hang out in at night and the hot tub was nice when it was cold out. There was construction going on directly behind the house (they’re building more houses), but the noise didn’t bother us at all. When we initially booked the listing didn’t indicate that there were tenants in the basement of this house. I was concerned at first and messaged the property host who confirmed that there were two college students living there, but they didn’t have access to the main house, backyard, or garage. Besides their cars in the driveway, we didn’t even notice they were there. The property host was very responsive and helpful. She allowed us to check in early, which was great and super helpful. The only negatives were that the cookware was cheap and heavily scratched non stick pots and pans, which we deemed unusable. Kinda a bummer considering we bought a bunch of ingredients to make omelets for breakfast each morning (we weren’t able to do so and wasted a lot of eggs). We also ran out of toilet paper in three of the bathrooms and couldn’t find any extras in all the usual places. We ended up stumbling across a 4 pack the morning we were checking out, which was in a random kitchen cupboard next to the fridge. Overall though, a wonderful place to stay!
