Great central location ! The Garden Suite is surrounded by beautiful trees. It is located on a secluded 1/3 of an acre and is centrally located between downtown Pearl Street and 29th Street Mall. Each are a ten minute bike ride or twenty minute walk. University of Colorado campus is a thirty minute walk. New Air Conditioner mini split system just installed.

The Garden Suite is very spacious including 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette with bar sink & refrigerator, living room, dining area, laundry room, and outdoor patio. It offers a large flat screen TV with Comcast Cable including the full sports and movie package. Wifi is also included. There are king size beds in both bedrooms. The bathroom has warm, wonderful, heated tile floors. Begin your mornings with a cup of Keurig coffee !
The outside patio has a charcoal grill for barbecuing. The private yard is situated across from Goose Creek Greenway Path. This is a tranquil and peaceful home which is perfect for vacation or work located in the heart of Boulder.

Summary: Super location. The place is easily accessible. The rooms were cute and decorated perfectly. Tracy our host was fabulous and so easy to work with. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
