Very nice 3br/2ba condo with stone fireplace and high ceilings, right on the lift (bus) route, or you can drive to Mary Jane and ski in/out to/from your car in free parking lots. Enjoy Skiing, snowboarding, tubing, snowmobiling, and the delightful spring mountain air. Winter Park is yours for the spring break weeks with tons of activities and opportunities. 2nd floor unit is closest to laundry and Hot tubs! Large west facing Deck! 3 minute drive to Safeway and the tubing hills. Walk to Downtown Fraser restaurants, winery, etc. We typically come out for several weeks of spring skiing/boarding. Can't make it the first two weeks (3/10-24/23, Spring Break) so it's available this year. If it's a good fit, we may consider an annual arrangement. We absolutely love this place, location, and surrounding area. Time to share the blessing! If you're looking to throw a party or pile people in like a flop house, this is NOT the place for you. If you have a large family, or maybe 2 smaller families, this is a clean, comfortable place in a great location to access area amenities at a reasonable cost.
