This beautifully updated, tastefully decorated South Venice spacious home has everything you need including private enclosed swimming pool (non-heated) with use of a two car garage (private w/d). Beautiful wood tile floors newly installed, natural solid stone counters, many new furnishings in a relaxing nautical theme. You'll love the private and quiet backyard with an enclosed swimming pool, including 2 loungers, bench dining table and BBQ grill. Fido friendly too. We look forward to hosting you!

No HOA fees or forms to complete; just park your car upon arrival and use the keyless entry for easy access into the home. Grab the garage remote and park your vehicle inside the two car garage. There's a full size, side by side washer/dryer with a laundry tub.
Enter right into the kitchen from the garage access door. Easy and quick to unload your weekly groceries. A local's fave is Detweiler's Farmers Market, open six days a week and only 6 minutes away. Great seafood!! The kitchen is updated with a newer LG stainless refrigerator/freezer with front door access to water/ice. Counters are gorgeous white/gray natural solid stone with white cabinets that are stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Coffee bar off to the side.... toaster and blender are also provided.
Off the kitchen is a solid wood dining table for six people plus two bar seats at the kitchen counter. There are stacked sliding doors that open wide to the private screened pool area. The backyard is fenced however it is not ESCAPE PROOF! Please contact us prior to booking if you want to bring your well-behaved Fido. We require a refundable pet fee of $300.00. (No barkers, chewers, puppies or incontinent older dogs) (No cats allowed, sorry!). Enjoy the private pool all to yourself, relax on a lounger, grill up some salmon or have a dunking contest!
The living room is dressed in a nautical theme with a wall-mounted LG Smart TV for streaming all your favorite apps. No cable channels but live TV channels are included along with WiFi internet. The perfect place to relax with family or friends and catch up on the days events.
Bedroom: Master bedroom has a low profile modern king size bed, dresser and closet. No TV. En-suite bathroom is updated with a dark granite counter, and tiled shower. Blowdryer is provided. Guest bedroom #1 has a low profile queen bed, dresser and closet (no tv). The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, large closet with a vanity or work desk in the corner of the room. The guest bathroom sits between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. It has a dark granite vanity, tile floors and tub/shower combo. Blow dryer included.
Only 1.4 miles away is Shamrock Park & Nature Center where you will find nature trails, playground and facilities. The South Venice Beach Ferry is only a little over 2 miles away where you can buy a monthly pass.
This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING home. Do not smoke near open doors or widows.
You must pick up after your pre-approved pup. No cats are allowed!!
For the winter season (Jan - Mar), please book whole months only. Please do not book with gaps between rentals. Please ask us first about your dates if you are unsure.
