Full size washer and dryer, beach chairs, and umbrella. There are three security cameras for the safety of our renters. Located at front right side, backyard right side, and the back door. Front right side covers the front yard, driveway, and front door. Backyard right side covers the backyard and a portion of the patio. The backdoor covers the backdoor entrance and the patio area. Starter toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Pet fee $250. Cleaning fee $250. Close to Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, shopping, dining.
