Welcome to The Townie! This luxury rental home is located on a quiet street in town but within walking distance to everything.Within a few minutes, you can be at your favorite restaurant or on the free shuttle headed to the slopes!It just doesn't get any better.In the summer there are two townie cruiser bikes and our office can arrange for more to be rented so that you can explore at your own pace.
Step inside this fabulous home to the custom mudroom and kick off your shoes to start your vacation.On the first level of the home, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Two of the bedrooms share a large Jack and Jill bath and each has a luxurious queen bed in them.The master bedroom has a sumptuous king bed and en-suite master bath with stand-alone soaking tub and steam shower.Did we mention that all of the bedrooms downstairs have Hunter Douglas blackout blinds so get ready to sleep in, you're on vacation! At the back of the home on this level is another mudroom/laundry room with access to the back yard and paver patio.Relax in the hammock or gather the family for dining al fresco on the outdoor dining set.There is also a 2 car garage for all your toys while here in Crested Butte.
Upstairs you will find the heart of the home, the fabulous kitchen and great room! With wonderful views of Mt. Crested Butte, this chef's space is sure to please with gas range, stainless appliances, and plenty of granite counter space for that big family meal.The dining table seats 8 and there is seating for 4 at the bar counter if you are just grabbing that quick meal in the morning. The living area has antique beams and lots of natural light.Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie, or step out the french doors onto the living room deck with fabulous views of Mt. Crested Butte. Grill up dinner on the deck or just sit and enjoy the view. There is a set of stairs off the deck down to the back yard as well.Need to check e-mail or just need a quiet place to think, there is an office with custom shelving and desk built-in on the living level for just that. The full bath on this level has a great shower and custom vanity with vessel sink.Take a walk up the grand staircase to the top level of the home where the kids may not want to leave.With 3 built-in twin beds, bean bags, and a TV area, this space is meant for the little ones, (or the big ones who are kids at heart).
