The property has 352 acres with a seasonal pond and the wide-open rural setting is ideal for hiking, bird and wildlife watching, and stargazing, and the property is surrounded by miles of country roads that are a sightseer's delight-perfect for a motorcycle tour! The rugged and scenic countryside is the perfect backdrop for a calming and authentic Texas vacation.
Inside, central air and heating assures comfort, and there's a spacious living room to socialize in-with a wood -burning fireplace, too. There's also a cozy little alcove that would serve equally well as a kid's play space or romantic snuggling spot. The kitchen's fully equipped with both appliances and basic utensils, and its centerpiece is a wood-topped island with stools. Mighty Oaks has two bedrooms-one with a King-sized bed, the other with two queens, and a sun room with a sofa pull out-sleeping up to six guests. Both bathrooms are equipped with roomy vintage tubs and the master bath also has a shower. All bathroom and bedroom linens are provided, as well, and there's a combo washer and dryer on site.
