The 4th bedroom is great for the kiddos with a set of bunk beds with 2 full sized beds! Keep extra cool in the summer with central AC! There is also a 220V EV charging outlet available in the garage. A gas fire pit is available in the rear yard along with Adirondack chairs and picnic bench.
