Spend your days exploring and satisfying your food cravings in Downtown Flagstaff, just minutes from this pad. When nature calls your name, hike the surrounding mountain trails or hit the slopes at Arizona Snowbowl in winter! Don’t forget about the Grand Canyon and Sedona, both less than 90 minutes away.
There are seven national parks and monuments nearby. You can also take in the International Dark Sky starry nights ....Regardless of what you decide to see and do, this swanky pad that sleeps 8 has everything needed for a fun-filled vacation. Leaving during your stay is optional, as the backyard may entice you to spend more time at home then exploring.
In total, our home sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. There are 4 bathrooms, with 2 shower/bathtub combos and 1 shower.
Starting with the main house:
This beautifully remodeled house is perfect for friends and families eager to experience outdoor attractions or those just wanting a relaxed home-away-from-home.
All bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed. In bedroom 3, you’ll find 2 twin beds.
The indoor living area is well appointed with a gas burning fireplace, Smart TV, southwestern contemporary decor and comfortable couches.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. You will find gorgeous countertops, farmhouse style sink, sleek appliances (5-burner gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher), microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, teapot, and a full knife set.
There is seating at the breakfast bar for 4 and a dining table that will also accommodate 4 people.
Now, for the studio:
As you enter the studio, you are enthralled by the stylish, airy living space.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary genius. With butcher block counters, stainless steel appliances (5-burner gas range, above-the-stove microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher), French-press, blender, teapot, and full knife set, this kitchen is ready to prepare a scrumptious meal.
The indoor living area is appointed with a large Smart TV mounted above a gas fireplace, with a perfect view from the couch. There’s also a dining table for two.
Up the stairs from the kitchen and living room area is the loft bedroom. This sleeping space has a king-sized bed with a ductless heating and cooling system. Yes, there is A/C! A rarity in Northern Arizona.
The full bathroom, located just off of the kitchen, has a beautifully tiled tub surround, single vanity and barn door for privacy.
There is a private balcony with a table, chairs and small barbecue grill.
The real fun happens outside! Outdoor entertaining at its finest: you’ll love the propane grill, gazebo, hammock, propane fire pit, artificial turf and hot tub. This area speaks for itself!

There is driveway parking for a maximum of one vehicle. Additionally, there is free street parking when permitted. From November 1st to April 1st, midnight to 7:00 a.m. there is no street parking due to potential snow removal operations.
Helpful information:
Due to its nature, the lofted bedroom in the studio is without railing guards, therefore the property might not be suitable for children.
The studio requires 17 steps from the ground level up to the main level. From there, additional steps are required to enter the bedroom loft; therefore, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. All bedrooms in the main house are on the second floor and require steps in order to access them.
Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. Dog limitation - no more than two (max 25 lbs). No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. A $75 pet fee applies.
There are cameras on the outside of the property 4 total ring cameras 2 being doorbells at the front door and outside the door to the loft, another looking at the river and the last one looking at the A/C unit. Please note, KD Prime Vacation Rentals does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on sight. KD Prime Vacation Rentals does disclose all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.
There is no smoking on the property.
There is a minimum age requirement of 30 years old.
No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation.
