Our 4-bedroom 2.5 bath, 2,200 sq ft home is nestled on a private Colorado mountainside with 40 acres bordering up to 1,000 acres of protected US forests.
The home features an inviting fireplace; fun as well as relaxing outdoor amenities – front and back decks with a large grill, basketball hoop, cornhole game, as well as an abundance of indoor games. You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with cooking essentials such as blender, food processer, toaster, coffee maker and French press, slow cooker, ice maker, microwave, spices, coffee and much more.

Our vacation home is closely located to Monarch (1hr 15min) and Breckenridge (1hr 45min) Ski Resorts making it a desirable area to take advantage of winter activities. Cripple Creek, Salida, Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak are also in close proximately to the house, and each offer their own unique experiences and treasures.
Additional activities you will find nearby are horseback riding, fishing, hiking, zip lining and golf.
From the front deck there is a spectacular view of Pikes Peak, a perfect spot to end your day of leisure or adventure with a quiet and peaceful space to relax.
