Summary: I had one room with a queen-size bed for 3 nights in August 2026. Pros: - Rooms recently renovated - Clean and spacious room - Comfortable bed - Desk area for working or eating - Close-in free parking - Basic continental breakfast included - Pets allowed (for $25 fee) - Little outside noise or noise from other rooms - Fast, free, reliable Wi-Fi - Helpful and efficient front desk staff - Hotel close to restaurants, shops, and a shopping mall Cons: - One, slow and small elevator with a very dirty floor - Room was initially stuffy and had strange odor (eventually dissipated) - Wall A/C unit did not fully cool the room during a heat wave - Bathroom area somewhat small and cramped - Only two small pillows for the bed (was able to get two additional pillows) - No hangers provided at all - Difficulty obtaining second key card for my companion (second key not automatically provided) - Hotel manager starts pounding on doors of guests more than 10 minutes late in checking out (check-out time was 11am).
