The home sits in a quiet neighborhood central to shops and restaurants. The pool area is equipped with patio furniture, loungers and a BBQ grill for your enjoyment.
The Space:
Welcome to our newly renovated and professionally decorated property featuring all new stainless steel kitchen appliances and new flooring throughout.
A total of 4 bedrooms, all of which are equipped with brand new flat screen Smart TVs so you can relax at the end of a long day. (1 king, 1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Twin)
The large master bedroom also has a desk for remote working. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to cook or bake your favorite dishes. Plenty of seating at the dining table and island to accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably.
There is no fee to use the BBQ grill. Management does not maintain propane. You are responsible for filling the propane tank.
SMALL dog friendly. ABSOLUTLEY NO CATS!!! $150 non refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum 1 dog under 20 pounds. ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT. Please contact host if you plan to bring a pet.
