Steps away from Smather's Beach. This is a PET-FRIENDLY 3/2 unit in an exclusive gated community. Great location for a family or two couples - less than a hotel with all the amenities! Bring your own bicycles (or rent) to get around the island. The complex has 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard court, coin laundry and free parking for1 vehicle in front of your corner-unit. Complex has designated dog walk areas or walk your dog on the bridal path lined with coconut palms just outside the gate. Unit is equipped with A/C, WiFi & cable (XFinity X1 service). This was our family residence for 20+ yrs.
