The Northside neighborhood is super diverse, artistic, dog friendly, and close to downtown Cincinnati. It's walkable to breweries Urban Artifacts, Humble Monk, and tons of restaurants.

House layout:
Walk into an open living and big dining room that seats 8. Watch your shows on the 55" Smart TV with Roku. On the 1st floor is the kitchen, half bathroom, & dining room.
You'll find a brand new kitchen with bar space and cooking.
3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Full bath is on the 2nd floor. Half bath is on the first floor.
First bedroom has Queen memory foam mattress with memory foam pillows on top of 680 thread count sheets. There's a 43" TV in this bedroom.
Note: the second bedroom is connected to the first bedroom with a private door.
2nd bedroom has a full bed with Pottery Barn duvets - great for kids! All beds are also memory foam mattress with memory foam pillows.
3rd bedroom is at the end of the hallway also with Queen memory foam mattress and 680 thread count sheets.
The house has central AC & heat.

Super small European style washer and dryer in the unfinished basement. Please let us know if you would like to use it.

Quiet hours are at 10pm in consideration of our neighbors. Any violations of these will result in termination of the reservation with no refunds.
