Located on Colorado Springs North East side. Minutes from the Air Force Academy, Promenade shops at Briargate, and Powers corridor. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The roomy kitchen with full closet pantry allows for easy preparation of all meals. All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and brand new (purchased in 2019 or 2020). Guests will not have access to the home's garage.
While here, you'll be able to adjust the thermostat to your personal preference; however, the AC will allow you to go down to 70 and the heat allows a max of 75.
This home's fireplace does not work. We've fixed it many times, and guests continue to break it, so we've given up. Sorry about that.
Parking is available on the driveway or on the street in front of the home.
