Close and lock all windows and doors
Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

No smoking in the house and absolutely no cigarette butts are to be anywhere on the property (if you smoke outside, please put out cigarette and throw butts in the garbage)

We are ok with those who smoke *but 100% of all smoking including vapes, must smoke outside* and absolutely no cigarette butts are to be thrown on the ground anywhere on premises. We require our guests to be respectful and throw them in the thrash after properly putting cigarettes out.
