The river the house sits on feeds into the Tombigbee. Depending on the time of year, you may spot ospreys, ducks, geese, and other wildlife moving through the area. The river contains crappie, bass, catfish, and other fish, making Osprey’s Landing an excellent home base for those interested in all the outdoors have to offer.
Guests are welcome to take advantage of the property’s river access, whether that be taking a boat out, casting a line, or renting the vintage canoe for an afternoon. For those preferring to stay on shore, there’s an adorable swing overlooking water’s edge beneath beautiful twinkly lights and an electric wagon available for daily rental.
Those with boats will appreciate the home’s large driveway and covered carport with room for several vehicles. Up a flight of stairs you’ll head into the main living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows meet gorgeous woodwork in a space that feels like an extension of the natural world.
From the living room, step onto the wraparound balcony and enjoy your morning coffee with a view. Use the modern grill and smoker for cookouts and meals on the water. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a double door smart fridge with pullout freezer drawers.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Osprey’s Landing sleeps up to 8 guests:
• Primary bedroom: King bed + ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed + access to a full bathroom shared with Bedroom 3
• Bedroom 3: Full bed + access to a full bathroom shared with Bedroom 2
The primary bathroom is a destination of its own, featuring a massive soaking tub with a TV positioned for the ultimate unwind. A bath tray across the tub gives you somewhere to set your phone, book, or even dinner while you relax. Also in the master bath is a beautiful walk-in shower with a stunning stone floor. A diaper-changing setup, kid’s toys, and a baby gate are available for those traveling with littles.
One of the bedrooms contains a dedicated desk setup, making it the perfect spot for remote workers and students wanting to work in privacy.
A full size modern washer and dryer are available for longer stays, wet towels, muddy fishing clothes, or simply keeping up with your family’s laundry.
There is a vintage canoe available for rent for $20/day, including paddles and life jackets. An electric wagon is available for $50/day and is located in the carport.

Despite its peaceful, private setting in a very safe community, Osprey’s Landing is only about a 10-minute drive from both Columbus and West Point.
You'll be near several local favorites, including Magnolia's, Johnnie Mae's, Anthony's, Huck's, and Profit’s. The Air Force Base is nearby, and Mississippi State is about 30 minutes away.
