You will absolutely enjoy your stay in one of the most tranquil and majestic neighborhoods in northwest Denver. This recently updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an extra-large primary room and king-sized bed with a newly updated marble tile bathroom suite with a large walk-in closet. The living space blends beautifully into the dining area. The set-up is very comfortable and stylish.
All major aspects to the home have been updated in 2023 with unique and stylish furnishings along with brand new Samsung and LG appliances. There are 2 TV's (Living Room, Primary room). There is extra yard space for some relaxing time outdoors with yard games. We are pet and kid friendly with Pack n' Play set-up available along with child plates and cups.
