A large linen closet provides plenty of bathroom storage space. The hot water is provided by a tankless system so never runs out of hot water. Entry to the property is through a gate and there is plenty of free on-street parking behind the home. A small brick paved area provides outdoor space for a small bistro set which is also provided. Beautiful light throughout both levels of the home and wood blinds are also provided. Maximum occupancy - 2 people. No smoking and no pets please.
