We do our best to keep the hottub in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do their best to address an issue with the pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise

In the even they need to be filled we ask that you fill them and send us a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you.
