Huge deck wraps around the main floor. It is easily accessible off of Ryan Gulch Road. Views of the Continental Divide from the living area. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, kitchen island and lots of meal preparation space. Dining area seats 6. The deck has patio furniture to seat 4. Living room has a large sectional, flatscreen and wood fireplace. Free cable and WiFi. Large entry area has a ski boot dryer and lots of room for gear and shoes. The unit has a Sauna on the main floor. A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.
