Step outside and follow the custom easy-access path directly down to your own private boat dock. Located in a premium deep-water cove, our dock offers excellent, year-round water access for swimming, sunbathing, kayaking, or fishing right off the edge!
Bring Your Boat: Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or rent one nearby. The private boat slip measures 26' long by 10' wide (No Lift). As well as dual-skip for jet skis!

**THIS IS NOT A WILD PARTY HOUSE*** We have a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood and legally enforced lake quiet time is 11pm***Amazing home for family, family fun. this is NOT a get wild/loud, disturb neighbors, pile trash everywhere, etc home. We have an amazing house in a beautiful neighborhood, we do not host wild/loud guests. So please, if your goal is a wild and crazy party weekend, this is not the right home for you. If you try to ignore this and "sneak in" a reservation, you will be asked to leave on the first night with zero refund. I promise you will not get around this. It's a multi million dollar home in a multi million dollar neighborhood....Loud, annoying behavior is not tolerated nor accepted, no exceptions.
Curfew: Curfew to take the party inside is 10pm on weekdays, 11pm on weekends. Please keep in mind we are a residential neighborhood and neighbors will complain if it is too noisy outside at night. Use your best judgement and please respect our neighbors.No Bachelor Parties! No Wild Parties! and No Events (ie: wedding, etc)
