The Space:

Head downstairs to the main floor of the home, and relax on the leather sectional sofa in the family room. Cozy up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace while sipping on a cup of hot cocoa. Cuddle up next to each other while watching your favorite movie or show on the large flat-screen TV.
For a truly spectacular view, step out into the private outdoor balcony for a nightcap and marvel at the natural beauty of Colorado on the wooden lounge seating available during your stay.
The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, where they can show off their exquisite cooking skills. The master bedroom features a queen over queen size bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and stairs to the loft, where you will find an additional room with a twin-size bed with a twin-size trundle -- the "Bear Den" is a spectacular room for your kiddos and can be used as their secret hideaway space. The master bedroom also boasts a private deck that can be accessed through a set of sliding doors -- marvel at the stunning views of Breckenridge ski resort and snowcapped trees during your stay.
There is a shared bathroom, on the upper level, with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. A laundry room with a washer/dryer combo is located on the lower level of the home.

Getting Around:
Summit County offers a free ride bus making it a convenient option, with the Lucky bus stop on the Boreas Pass Loop within a few steps from the townhome. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
We are dog friendly! Please note that we charge a pet fee per day and there is a limit of only 2 dogs, 50/lbs each.
