Street parking for additional cars is not allowed within the neighborhood. This property rents Saturday to Saturday.
Large estate home located on 15th Street bay-side, close to the downtown area. Walk to the beach, (about 6 blocks) boardwalk, shops and dining. House has a private fenced backyard and private pool. First floor has a large kitchen, dining nook overlooking backyard and pool, a dining room, family room, living room, bedroom and full bath. Second floor has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, front balcony and special loft area overlooking the first floor and includes a sitting area great for reading. Bed sizes include 3 king, 3 queen, 1 double and 1 single, there is also a day bed in the loft with a trundle. Guest must provide all soaps and paper products. Home has a washer and dryer for your convenience. New for 2024 - this owner now provides sheets and towels for guests.

Minors may not be in the pool area without continuous adult supervision and all swimmers must use the pool in a responsible manner. Diving is not permitted nor are glass bottles and containers in or around the pool area.
