Our home is nestled between Brickell and Little Havana, just north of The Roads and just one mile to the Rickenbacker Causeway (beaches, Seaquarium, Vizcaya). South Beach is 7 miles away or about a 10 minute drive.
Walk over to the Little Havana Arts District and enjoy shops and restaurants like Old's Havana, sweets at Azucar (amazing Ice Cream across from the famous Domino Park), or enjoy live latin music at Ball & Chain.
The Guest House is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath with all the comforts of home. Backyard patio with table & chairs, Full kitchen, Dining table set, Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen smart TVs, and an amazing Room & Board sofa bed that opens into a queen size bed.
Home is a separate building located in the rear of the property. You will have your own parking spot and a private entrance along the side of the main house.
I will not be there but I am very easy to reach using the app.
South Beach, Downtown, Bayside, and Marlins Stadium are all a very short drive or Uber away. We are located 2 blocks from a Miami Trolley stop (free) and a Citibike bike rental station.
The Miami Trolley is 2 blocks away and is free. You can rent a bike down the street and explore the area, or of course Uber and Lyft drivers are all around us waiting.
You do get your own parking spot if you have a vehicle of your own.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
