With one level access to 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, front and back yards, this is the perfect place to unwind with easy accessibility. Sleeping 6-8(MAX), the house will be a comfortable fit for anyone wanting an ocean view from the living room couch or a chair in the front yard. Sit and watch the daily sunsets coloring the sky, they don't disappoint. Many days you will see Mt Washington on the horizon in the west as the sun sets, bringing the ocean view to a mountain view.
A short walk through the back yard will bring you to a semi private beach in tranquil Little Harbor. At the beach you may enjoy peaceful moments watching the sunrise, swimming, floating, kayaking, or exploring the ocean floor's tide pools. The high and low tides makes a walk to the beach a different adventure every day, that's part of Maine life!
The Johnson Homestead has central heat and AC. The bedrooms have: 1 Bedroom with King Bed, 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds, 1 bedroom with 2 Twins, Linens provided. There are two full bathrooms, one with walk in shower and one with a tub/shower, towels provided. The fully stocked kitchen has a eat in dining table with 6 chairs. There is a full sized washer and dryer. A gas grill for cooking out is provided. If you're hungry for local flavor in a Do-it-Yourself fashion pick up some "fresh off the boat" lobsters, cook them up yourself and eat them at the backyard picnic table. Delicious!
