Summary: Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We loved the ease of parking and location of hotel as we left the car and walked everywhere easily. The outdoor jacuzzi is also a plus. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay at the Hyatt Place again.
