This amazing large house is built for family fun and relaxation. There are so many spaces to enjoy individually and together when staying at our special beach retreat. Plenty of spaces for cooking and dining for your group with a large, newly renovated kitchen, dining room and outdoor kitchen area. When you want to relax in the summer, the outdoor living area is generous and so much fun with a large pool including all the floats and toys you could ask for, a hammock for relaxing, and a firepit and lounge seating for everyone to comfortably unwind. There are several entertainment areas in the house including a big screen TV and game space on the lower level. Fully immersible stereo sound, professional ping pong table, popcorn machine, game table and shuffleboard are all available for you to enjoy. In the beautifully finished attic, there is a large workout area with a professional grade elliptical machine, rower, full set of weights and a digital work-out mirror. Also in the attic is a full lounge with a second large screen TV and video gaming components. If you want quiet space and time, there are multiple areas to find a quiet reading nook in the den or on the fully enclosed sun porch. There are also fun details like Sonos speakers located all throughout the house, a commercial grade ice cream freezer on the porch and beverage fridges on every level of the home. When you want more fresh air, the beach is a short five minute walk from the driveway and there are beach chairs, kayak and wheeled trolly available for you to use for your day on the water. It's always vacation time at our house.
