Summary: We received a quote for a pet friendly room and it wasn’t until we checked in that we were told we had to pay an additional $50 per night for bringing our pet. We feel this was a sneaky way to get money at the time of entering the facilities and will not use Holiday Inn express again as other places do not do this. We have stayed at.
