Summary: The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made check-in and communication throughout our stay very pleasant. The property is located directly on the beach, offering easy access to the shoreline and beautiful ocean views. We also participated in the timeshare presentation, which, while longer than expected at approximately 120 minutes instead of the advertised 90, was not a terrible experience and did result in a generous cash incentive. That said, the location is roughly 25 minutes from downtown Galveston, with limited nearby restaurants or shopping options. The room did not match the photos advertised online and felt very dated. The bathroom was small and not connected to the master bedroom, which was inconvenient. During our stay, only one elevator was operational, and water pressure was quite low. We were also surprised to learn the property was a timeshare, as this was not clear at the time of booking. Even factoring in the cash incentive, the room price did not feel justified for the condition and amenities. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
