The main-floor master suite features a gas fireplace, ensuite with clawfoot soaker tub, double-head shower, double vanity, and heated floors. We ask that guests treat the home, its antique furnishings, and surrounding grounds with the same care they would their own. Registered Guests & Sleeping Arrangements All guests staying at Bittner Manor must be included on the reservation at the time of booking. This includes adults, children, and infants. For insurance purposes, we require the full names and total number of all guests who will be present at the property. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of overnight guests in your group. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless additional visitors have been approved by us in advance. Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval. For the comfort of our guests and to protect the home, air mattresses, sleeping bags, and additional temporary sleeping arrangements are not permitted. All overnight guests must use the beds provided within the manor. Pets We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs when included in your reservation. Depending on the season, you may encounter insects and other signs of country living. Keeping exterior doors and screens closed helps keep them outside where they belong. Additional Cleaning & Damage The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning following your stay. If the manor is left requiring excessive cleaning beyond a typical turnover, an additional cleaning fee of up to $400 may apply.
