The 3-story layout ensures everyone has their own space, with 4 bedrooms—each with an attached bath. The cabin features a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area with a 12-foot bench wall and large table, and a cozy family room with a wood-burning fireplace, open to a 3-sided glass sunroom that offers stunning views of the lake. It's the perfect spot for bird watching, relaxing with coffee, or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Enjoy outdoor dining and relaxation on the large covered porch, upper deck, or in intimate seating areas around the property. A short walk leads you to a private platform dock situated in deep water, ideal for boating, fishing, or enjoying water sports. My neighbor cleared a large section of land along the lake trail to the dock on your right, creating a vast area with paths winding up & down & all around. Such a great area for children & furry friends to run and play. She maintains the trail throughout the year so it’s always ready to enjoy.

With local marinas offering boat rentals during the warmer months, you're just minutes away from Gainesville Marina (20 minutes by boat or car) and other options like Port Royale, Aqualand, Holiday, and Bald Ridge Marinas. You can also bring your own boat and easily access Athens Boat Club, only 7 minutes away by boat.
