Welcome to our beautifully renovated private basement retreat in Denver, conveniently located near the University of Denver. The guest space is located on the lower level of our home (basement) and is completely separate from the main living area, with its own private entrance. The rental includes one bedroom, one private bathroom, a closet, a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a large TV, and a dining area with seating for four.
