You will have access to the entire home. Living room, kitchen, laundry room, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths, back patio and rooftop deck. Free street parking in front on first come first serve.
The Neighborhood:
The house is situated centrally between the neighborhoods of Fells Point, Patterson Park, and Canton. Baltimore's most historic district, Fells Point, is just a short walk down to the waterfront- it contains dozens of restaurants, bars, and boutiques that line cobblestone streets.
Patterson Park has walking trails and playgrounds if you're traveling with little ones or would just like to get some fresh air and escape the city feel for a moment. There is also a waterfront walking trail just 2 blocks from the house that will take you from Canton Waterfront Park to the Inner Harbor.
The Inner Harbor, Harbor East, Little Italy, Downtown, Federal Hill, Hampden, and other areas of town are very easily accessed.
1 block from Johnny Rad's Pizzeria Tavern (featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives) + dozens of Baltimore's best restaurants.
Getting Around:
You will be close enough to walk to many of the popular destinations in Charm City. Uber, Lyft, Bird and Lyme Scooters, as well as Lyme bikes are also easily accessible in the neighborhood via their apps.
