In the winter, you’re a quick drive from Mammoth Mountain, and in the summer, you’re surrounded by dozens of trailheads, including one just at end of Bear Court, comprising part of over 300 miles of the Mammoth Lakes Trail System.
At home, both of your private decks offer a tree-lined view of Sierra Star Golf Course and, with a private hot tub on the lower level, you’ll love watching tee times come and go. Inside, the middle level features an open floor plan combining the full, well-equipped kitchen with the dining and living areas. The large dining table offers plenty of room at mealtime, and everyone can get cozy after a day of exploring in front of the gas fireplace. Downstairs you’ll find another living area with a TV, huge suede sectional, and a wine fridge, so there’s no need to head upstairs when you want to open a bottle.
