"Colorado Dreamin" was designed to give you countless activities locally, but also to create memories in Boulder, Denver, Red Rocks & easy access to all of the famous mountain resorts. We're wanderers & dreamers at heart and hope you love the space as much as we do!
You’ll have the entire place to yourself. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master and Twin XL guest rooms are upstairs with a bathroom. The second, rustic guest is room on main floor with bathroom right outside of the door. The top floor master bedroom is designed as an elegant, modern space with a king bed, plenty of space, and a TV. We also have a full desk for any remote work needs in the master bedroom. The upstairs guest room was designed to be more quirky and fun. There are two twin XL beds to cater to additional guests of any age. Our main floor guest room was designed with a more rustic, mountain feel in mind. There’s one queen bed in this room with a walk in closet and a TV.
There is a good sized, fully fenced in backyard for plenty of fun activities and entertainment. There's a small patio as you exit the house, a fire pit area, a gazebo for dining or lounging outside in the shade, and a grill. We also provide plenty of fun games for your group including Ladder Toss in the backyard and Battleship, Connect 4, Uno and Cards inside.
In the basement we have a partial game room and washer & dryer. There is a pool table and foosball table for even more fun!
Please note: The living room and kitchen areas are not huge - we are happy to accommodate up to 6 people, but no more than that.
You’ll be able to park in the driveway, in the one car garage, or on the street in front of the house. 3 car maximum.
