This historic Victorian cottage, built in 1895 is located within steps of Glenwood Springs' restaurants, shops, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, the world-famous Hot Springs Pool and many hiking and biking trails. This one bedroom and one bathroom cottage, has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and cozy living room with gas fireplace and queen pull-out couch bed. This charming cottage has everything to fit four friends or family members comfortably and is pup-friendly! Relax the day away on your bright front porch.
From the moment you arrive at this cottage you will be greeted with the bright blue Victorian old-world charm and hot pink front door. The large picture windows that flood the cottage with light make the home warm and welcoming. A bright, white living room full of pops of color will welcome you with a gas wall-mounted fireplace, beautiful wood floors, and modern decor. The couch easily pulls out into a comfortable queen-sized bed for two additional travelers.
Step further into the cottage to find an open dining area and access to your tasteful, newly remodeled bathroom with shower and vanity. Just past the dining room you will have your master bedroom with queen-sized bed, spacious closet, and smart TV. Enjoy soft linens and a comfortable mattress to rest on after a day exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. At the end of the house, you will find your kitchen equipped with range, dishwasher, and fridge. Small but well stocked kitchen with all you will need.
Outside the cottage you have a private uncovered deck space adorned with cafe lights and lounge furniture and a gas grill for cooking. Small yet packed with amenities - this lovely, historic cottage with old world charm paired with modern updates and decor is the perfect place to unpack and get out to exploring Glenwood Springs and the Roaring Fork Valley beyond.

☀ A limited stock of basic guest supplies is provided to start off your stay, including coffee filters, non-dairy creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, food storage wrap, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. At least one bath towel per guest is also provided.
☀ We have a zero tolerance smoking policy, and guests will be charged accordingly (see House rules).
☀ We abide strictly by the “Cancellation policy” (including road closures and / or inclement weather) and “House rules” (including “Additional rules”) which can be found at the bottom of the listing. They are reiterated during the booking process (on the “Confirm and pay” page), at which time you are confirming that you agree to the terms. Please review them carefully!
★☆ ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES ☆★
☀ Maximum number of pets allowed is 1. There is a pet fee, and pets must be included on the reservation's guest count at the time of booking (click inside of box that reads “Travelers” and then click box next to “I am traveling with pets”) so that the system calculates the cost of the reservation correctly. Pets must be crated when left alone. Guests are required to clean up pet waste or will incur an automatic charge of $60.
☀ Excessive cleaning will be charged at a rate up to $50 an hour. Blood or badly stained linens (including but not limited to bed sheets, mattress pads / protectors, etc.) is an automatic charge of up to $150 per item. Confetti and party decor clean up is an automatic charge of $60. Moving furniture is an automatic charge of $120.
☀ Violations of VRBO's House Rules can jeopardize our short term rental permit, disrupt cleaning and maintenance schedules, cause extra wear and tear and, worst of all, lessen future guest experiences and will be charged as follows: • unauthorized guests, up to $50 per person, per night; • unauthorized pets, up to $100 per pet, per night; • unapproved early check ins and late check outs, $50 per hour; • late checks outs after 1pm, an additional night’s stay; • parties or events, up to $2,500 with any extra cleaning and damages being charged separately; smoking of any kind, up to $1,000.
