Quiet neighborhood. Home is updated and new. Very clean and quiet. The Space has a separate entrance on the side of the house. Full bedroom, bathroom with rain shower and full washer/dryer. Family room space and small eating area that overlooks the backyard. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Please be considerate as it is attached to my home. No smoking or vaping on premises. No burning candles or incense. Remove shoes will in the space at all times. Check in is between 3 and 9 pm. No check ins will be allowed after 10 pm. Check out is at 10 am. No pets/animals service or otherwise allowed due to severe allergies of homeowner. No long term stays. Maximum of 27 days are allowed.
