Centrally located between Colorado State University, downtown Fort Collins, and Poudre Valley Hospital, this little “home away from home” is within walking or bicycling distance to a wide selection of restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, farmer's markets, shopping, yoga and night life. Minimum stay is 30 days. The home is recently renovated and has everything a couple or small family would need for an extended stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with a coffee-maker, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, and blender and is well-stocked for cooking and baking. A spacious master bedroom comes complete with a luxuriously bedecked queen-sized bed along with a small office/desk area that lies beautifully adjacent to south facing French doors that open to a large private back yard and garden area. The guest/kids bedroom holds a cozy antique full sized bed and extra sofa/daybed. The living room is comfortably furnished. The large bathroom has a shower/tub, two wash-sinks, and a separate quiet and sunny sitting area with a bench and window box full of fresh herbs and flowers. A full-sized washer and dryer along with a large utility sink are located in the back entry mud room. The large private backyard is fully fenced and shaded by a mature crabapple and maple trees along with several small apple trees.. A concrete deck with a gas grill, picnic table and patio furniture allow guests to enjoy Fort Collins’ four season climate with 300+ days of sunshine.
