Positive: The pet friendliness, reasonable prices and safe location keeps us coming back time after time.

Negative: The ONLY thing that is slightly frustrating, is the door separating the lobby from the first floor needs a key which is a fantastic safety feature, but you have to push down on the handle on the luggage carts to make them roll. So you have to unlock the door, pull it open, try to hold it open with one hand while stretching back to the front handle on the cartwith the otherhand, push down and push the cart through the doorway from an awkward angle. BUT...I'll take the awkward push over a lack of safety ALL DAY LONG.
