This super cute bungalow is a perfect space for 4 guests. Located in the well-known Inman Park neighborhood, filled with parks, coffee shops, and restaurants.
Enter through the white picket fence to obtain your key and enter into the main house.
Bedroom 1: The main bedroom is an en-suite bathroom, a king bed, and a desk. There is a TV mounted on the wall.
Bedroom 2: The guest bedroom offers a Queen bed with nightstand, desk, big chair, TV with Netflix, and luggage rack. The bedroom is in the front of the house and you can sometimes here the trains and traffic.
Across from the guest bedroom is an awesome dining room that seats 6. Walk to the back of the house for the living room, renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. In the kitchen I offer a coffee grinder, coffee maker, blender, cookware, and general kitchen items you would expect. The bathroom offers all of the general toiletries you will need.
Feel free to run a load of laundry in the washer and dryer. Help yourself to all the kitchen gear or food that you can find.
The back deck is spectacular and you will love getting some fresh air. The backyard is perfect to let your dog run. It is fenced in.
Please refrain from entering the areas labeled owner's storage. You will have access to all areas of the house including the pantry, washer/dryer, and cabinets.
• Inman Park was Atlanta's first planned suburb in 1890. Today it is known as Atlanta's "small town downtown" with beautiful Victorian and Bungalow style homes situated next to numerous parks and ponds scattered throughout the neighborhood. It is an upscale neighborhood that is consistently rated as one of the safest in Atlanta.
You can easily keep yourself busy for a few days without a car... The Atlanta Beltline (a wide pedestrian and cyclist pathway that connects major neighborhoods in Atlanta) provides easy access to Midtown & Piedmont Park which hosts numerous food, art, & music festivals throughout the year.

• Also... you are are a mere 15 minute walk away from the world famous "King of Pops" world headquarters. They serve popsicles with unique flavors like Chocolate Sea Salt, Thai Tea, Banana Puddin', and Mango Habanero. It's worth a visit just for a pop!
• The closest Train/Bus station is "MARTA Inman Park/Reynoldstown". It's very close; only two streets away (about a 5 minute walk). If you're coming from the Airport it's located on the East/West line; just transfer at "Five Points" and head East. (fares cost $2.50). It takes ~45 minutes to travel from the Airport to the house via MARTA (Uber & Lyft take about 25 minutes).
• You can visit the “Atlanta Bicycle Barn” for all-day rentals priced at $20. They even have pedal-assisted electric bicycles for $30!

• You may have up to 2 friends over to visit at a time, in addition to the 4 people spending the night. Please kindly inform your host of your plans.
• There are exterior cameras for security at both the front door and back door. Please do not unplug them or cover them.
• Free wifi is included for you to use on your devices. There is a 42" TV in the master bedroom and a 42" TV in the guest bedroom.
• This is the upper unit of a duplex. The upper part of the house is finished to a mid to high level. It is very nice. Keep in mind that the basement guest is below you! If you want to rent both units, I do offer a listing where you get both units. This listing is for the upper unit only which is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom house.
Please wash all dishes used. Take your shoes off in the house. Strictly no more than 2 additional visitors at any given time. I do not allow guests to run a business out of the home that requires visitors (hair, massage, etc). I require that you read the entire listing and have at least one positive review on your account.
