Every three months, the maintenance crew and, possibly, a fire marshal will conduct quick checks for fire, sprinkler, and water systems. If your stay coincides with one of these inspections, they might pop in for about 5 minutes. It's just a routine to ensure everything is in top-notch condition.
3. Check-In Procedure: Before your arrival, we kindly ask all guests to complete a check-in form, which involves presenting a valid government-issued ID for verification. We also request accurate information, including contact details and the number of occupants.

12. Quiet Hours and Enjoyment: We value your comfort and that of our neighbors, so we've established quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these times, the building management kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone's enjoyment. Failure to adhere to quiet hours or disrupt the enjoyment of others will result in immediate termination of your booking without refund.
