The adjoining breakfast room provides seating for ten with tranquil views of the lagoon, where you may spot egrets, herons, and osprey in the morning.
The home offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with a layout designed to maximize both privacy and flexibility. Bedroom 1 is the primary suite with a king bed, a fifty-inch TV, and French doors opening to the deck with lagoon views. Close by is Bedroom 2, a small twin bedroom that makes the space ideal for children. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 share their own ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the second primary suite, set on its own elevated level for quiet privacy, featuring tropical Tommy Bahama furnishings, a king bed, large windows with front yard views, and a beautifully tiled en-suite bath.
