The living area is modern and comfortable. It has 2 blue sofas, and a modern entertainment center that houses a flat screen TV. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll have no problems with the small, yet efficient kitchen. It has modern appliances, a breakfast bar, comes fully equipped, and also has a breakfast nook with seating for up to four. If you need a little more room to eat your meal, the formal dining area has seating for up to six at its large table. After a long day of shopping or being out at the theme parks, come home to enjoy the beautiful private pool and spa. The pool area is screened in and has a privacy hedge that goes all the way around. If you’ve had enough of being outside, head indoors to the garage where there is a games room complete with foosball table, darts, and pool table. You’ll spend hours down here playing!
