Enjoy the ocean view from both decks while listening to the sound of the waves at this cozy vacation retreat directly across from the beach walkover in the exclusive neighborhood of Pointe West. This home comfortably accommodates 10 guests in four bedrooms (three king beds and two twin bunk beds) with four full baths. Perfect for family vacations and getaways with friends, the neighborhood offers a private beach, beach club pool including kiddie pool and hot tub; a different sunset pool complex with a lazy river and hot tub; fitness center, locker rooms, game room, fishing piers, ponds, basketball court, rooftop bar, and restaurant (check with Point West Beach Club to verify availability).
The space
The downstairs patio is a perfect place to unwind and relax. Enjoy outdoor games, seating in Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, two Weber charcoal grills, and a hot/cold shower to wash away the sand. Enjoy the wooden platform overlooking the pond a few steps from the patio and the beach walkover directly across the street. Load up the wagon with beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, cooler, and outdoor games - all included in your stay. Drop your stress, grab a beach towel (also provided), and have fun!
The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen ready to prepare any meal while the open concept kitchen / living room creates the perfect environment to create memorable experiences with your family and friends. The living room includes games for everyone to enjoy and a large smart TV with access to streaming services. Sip a coffee or cocktail at the dining room table or outside on the high table while enjoying the ocean breeze. Also, the first floor includes a bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and a full bathroom.
The washer / dryer is conveniently located upstairs between two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a bunk room with two twin bunkbeds. Each room has a smart TV. The fourth full bathroom is located on the landing area near the bunk room. Enjoy a great view of the beach from the lounge chairs on the top balcony located just off the primary bedroom.
Guest access
You will have full access to the house with the exception of two small owners closets located in the hallway.
Other things to note
Contact the Pointe West Beach Club to secure wristband access to all the wonderful amenities for the entire length of your stay for only $25 per guest (optional). The Pointe West Beach Club has a large infinity pool with spectacular views of the beach alongside a large hot tub and kiddie pool. The Club frequently hosts live music and fun family friendly activities. The Club also has a gift shop, Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant / bar (open seasonally), cabana rentals, game room (ping pong, basketball game, foosball table, etc.), fitness center, and locker rooms. The Sunset Pool on the bayside includes a lazy river and hot tub, as well as a beautiful relaxing view.
The rest of the neighborhood amenities are included in your stay: pristine and clean beaches (with no motorized vehicles allowed), basketball court, fishing pier, and miles of jogging/bicycle paths connecting the bay and beach sides.
